Responsibilities:
- Maintain timely and accurate processing of all accounts receivable, including invoicing, posting payments, and processing deposits.
- Receive, confirm authorization, and process vendor invoices and other reimbursement requests.
- Maintain timely and accurate processing of all accounts payable, including vendor invoicing, vendor payment, and pre-payment requests.
- Ensure all invoicing is billed daily in accordance with company practices and client contract agreements.
- Review daily cash received in the bank lockbox and verify accurate amounts.
- Code invoices to appropriate accounts and projects.
- Reconcile vendor statements prior to payment processing.
- Maintain accurate accounting records.
- Research and respond to inquiries from vendors regarding payment discrepancies.
Requirements:
- One year of accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
- Knowledge of GAAP is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft office software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High level of organization
- Good Communication Skills
