Job Description:
- Monitoring expense payables
- Processing purchase orders
- Correcting any PO errors
- Researching and resolving discrepancies
- Performing account reconciliations
- Responding to inquiries from vendors
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
- SAP preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to problem solve
- Analytical mindset
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
