LHH Recruitment Solutions (Formerly Accounting Principals) has partnered with one of the leading General Contractors in Downtown Fort Worth to hire an AP Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of high volume Payables experience with 3-way matching and credit card expense experience. - Work with vendors and customers for payment and reconciliation.
- Multi-location experience required
- Ensure the accurate entry of invoices with no duplicate processing.
- Issue required stop payments as needed.
- Enter required paperwork into accounting system and file as needed.
- Check insurance certificates for correct information, enter data into the accounting system, and file/forward for corrections.
- Review and process project closeout documents.
- Scan and file documents as required.
- Set up physical job files.
- Issue payments as funding on projects are received.
- Enter and upload invoices into system
