Seeking an EXPERIENCED Accounts Payable Specialist in Santa Monica, CA.

- $21-24/hour
Areas of Responsibility Include:
- Responsible for the Company’s Accounts Payable.
- Monitor bank account activity, cash balances, banking transactions, cash flow management/projection and month end reconciliations.
- Weekly check runs - Initiate wires, EFTs, ACHs and other funds transfers
- 3 way match and code invoices
- Perform vendor management
- 1099 reporting for vendors.
- Own the expense reporting process from start to the end.
- Assist in month-end close reconciliation for management companies.
Education/Experience/Soft Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferable, not required
- Very strong Accounts Payable experience/skills - full scope of accounts payable experience required
- Strong Excel Skills
- Professional demeanor
- Strong communication and relationship skills
Salary : $21 - $24
