We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with proficiency in NetSuite to join our client's team on a contract basis in Morristown, NJ. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a proven track record in managing accounts payable processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage and maintain accounts payable records in NetSuite.
- Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth accounts payable operations.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts payable, with a strong focus on using NetSuite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
