Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Secaucus, NJ
Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000
Type: Full-Time; On-Site

Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding
- Manage vendor accounts, including reconciliations and timely payments
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to streamline processes
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, or logistics (preferred but not required)
