Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a 4-month contract position with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite and a proven ability to handle high-volume invoice processing in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify and match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
- Ensure invoices are processed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Reconcile accounts payable records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Communicate with vendors to address and resolve payment issues.
- Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable.
Qualifications:
- Required: Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume invoice processing.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
