Responsibilities
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Manage vendor payments through various methods, including ACH, checks, and wire transfers.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support payment and expense processing.
- Assist with month-end close activities as needed.
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency with accounting software (Oracle Fusion Cloud preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
