What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Specialist position at LHH?
Responsibilities of this AR Specialist include:
- Manage incoming checks, wire transfers, and credit cards payments.
- Oversee customer accounts to ensure timely payment collection.
- Prepare and distribute customer invoices.
- Account reconciliation and handle any payment discrepancies.
- Follow up on overdue accounts.
- Work cross functionally with multiple departments on billing issues.
- Review purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure accurate payments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Able to start next week!
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable fashion.
- Proficiency with SAP or Oracle, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and reconciliation skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
