What are the responsibilities and job description for the Affordable Housing Attorney position at LHH?
LHH is working with a regional powerhouse law firm, and their Chambers Ranked Real Estate department. They are looking to bring on an Affordable Housing Finance Associate Attorney
What they’re looking for:
- 4 years of experience in commercial real estate finance transactions.
- Experience may include title and survey review, loan document drafting, real estate due diligence, and condominium and zoning review. As well as experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac affordable housing transactions is a plus.
- MA Bar is preferred, but candidates who can quickly waive in will be considered
