LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an ecommerce company in North Phoenix. This organization is looking to add a bilingual call center representative to their team. This job is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. You will be required to work fully in office for the training period(about a month), however, after you complete training, the schedule is heavily hybrid. The hourly rate for this job is $17.50/hr.
This full-time position requires proficiency in both English and Spanish, as you will be handling both inbound and outbound calls. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service to both English and Spanish-speaking customers.
- Assist with customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
- Document and track customer interactions in the system.
- Follow up on calls when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet departmental goals.
- High school diploma required or GED
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluency in both languages required).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a MUST
