LHH is partnering with a client in the Hospitality industry to fill their Bilingual HR/Payroll Admin in North KC. This position will be responsible for assisting with processing and maintaining several functions of HR including onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and payroll. Our ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of experience with HR & Payroll processing and the ability to communicate with employee in English & Spanish.

Job Title: Bilingual HR/Payroll Admin
Location: North Kansas City
Compensation: $55-65,000 annually
Job Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, fully onsite.
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year

This position will be responsible for assisting with processing and maintaining several functions of HR including onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and payroll. Our ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of experience with HR & Payroll processing and the ability to communicate with employee in English & Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Oversee different operations within the HR department including onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll, and training.
- Review timecard entries, pay rates, hours, leaves/PTO, and other information with accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
- Communicate with managers regarding any HR/Payroll issues or changes.
- Assist in translating documents and communications.
- Answer phone calls and emails from employees to answer various questions and help resolve issues.
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish required.
- Previous experience within the hospitality industry preferred.
- At least 2 years of HR & Payroll processing experience
- HRIS Software knowledge
- High level of attention to detail & organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with meeting deadlines and multi-tasking.
- Communicate and work with employees at all levels and maintain excellent employee relations.
