Job Title: Billing Specialist
Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM (some flexiblity)
Key Responsibilities:
- Review sales orders and ensure the purchase order matches the sales order.
- Ensure the Bill of Lading is attached and the product has shipped.
- Verify all correct accruals are in the order by comparing to the master accrual list.
- Generate the sales test report and have sales team review before posting.
- Post sales, generate posted reports, and send them to the bank.
- Post invoices on third-party EDI websites and customer portals.
- Email/Mail customer invoices.
- File invoices.
- WorkLoad- monday through Thursday is: 25-50 invoices and busy day is Fridays where you are processing 50-75 invoices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Navision and I-Trade is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
