Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service to high net worth individuals and families
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and advisors
- Prepare client reports and account statements
- Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance
- Work closely with advisors to develop financial plans and investment strategies
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client service delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the financial industry, preferably in wealth management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
