Qualifications:
- 3 years of banking/finance experience
- Experience working on lender-side financing, including asset-based lending and commercial loan transactions
- Strong understanding of asset-based and commercial finance structures and issues
- JD required with high level of academic achievement
- Active license to practice law, IL preferred
