About Us:
Our client is a leading law firm specializing in commercial real estate transactions and is seeking an Attorney in Colorado to handle complex commercial real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and support on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects.
- Conduct due diligence, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Advise clients on regulatory matters, including zoning, land use, environmental compliance, and property management issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations and provide guidance to clients accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active Colorado bar membership.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Deep knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary between $200,000-240,000.
