Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Attorney
Job Overview: A highly motivated commercial real estate attorney is sought to join the Real Estate Practice Group. The selected candidate will work with experienced real estate attorneys, representing commercial lenders, private developers, companies with ancillary real estate needs, and large landowners.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general transactional real estate matters.
Manage complex real estate transactions independently.
Provide counsel to clients on various aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
Qualifications:
3-4 years of general transactional real estate experience.
Demonstrated understanding of commercial real estate transactions.
Proven ability to manage complex real estate transactions independently.
Excellent academic credentials, oral and writing skills, and strong references.
Licensed or eligible for immediate licensing in the state where the position is located.
Open to candidates in Phoenix, AZ, and Los Angeles, CA.
Hybrid (DENVER CO)
Compensation:
Estimated salary range: $215,000 - $275,000 per year (actual compensation may vary based on qualifications and experience, and additional incentives may be applicable).
Competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and Paid Days Off (PDO)/Vacation.
Discretionary bonus opportunities based on performance.
The salary range for other locations will align with market rates.
