The ideal candidate will have 4 years of relevant experience representing owners, sponsors, developers, and lenders in preparing agreements related to the acquisition, ownership, financing, development, sale, and leasing of commercial real estate. Requirements:
- JD degree.
- MD bar license; DC or VA license a plus.

- Salary – $150K based on experience, before bonuses and benefits.
- Billables – 1600 hours annually targeted.
