LHH is partnering with a client in the Ontario area for a Compensation and Benefits professional for a Direct Hire position.
Do you have strong Compensation experience? Are you interested in growing your career into a Total Rewards role?
Have you done Compensation Analysis? Merit pay and annual increases? Benchmarking? Research market rates in Compensation? These are a must!
In this role you will have the opportunity to grow in the Compensation and Benefits space. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the Benefts space - the opportunity to manage, plan, and assess team member health and welfare programs, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability programs, retirement plans, and other benefits plans.
Maybe earlier in your career you touched benefits on some level as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist or a Benefits Specialist where you gained a little experience in benefits administration? Tell me about it!

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred, experience in lieu accepted.
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Compensation
- Experience in compensation is a must, also must have interest in growing into a Total Rewards professional.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
