What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Litigation Attorney position at LHH?
I am currently working with a boutique litigation law firm that has an international presence, who are actively looking to recruit an attorney to join their construction litigation group.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the lead Partners across the firm's international practice group.
- Manage and represent professionals against claims arising out of a variety of construction projects, including service facilities, entertainment premises, schools, housing and historic conversions.
- This role will involve significant client interaction and development.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Min of 2 years of Construction Litigation experience.
- Experience working with insurance companies is desired, but not required.
- Strong academic background.
- Licensed to practice in Illinois.
- Excellent writing and case management skills.
