General Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the finance and accounting departments.
- Oversee all aspects of financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, a
- Lead the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- 7 of accounting experience
- Food industry background is highly preferred - CPG / Food industry ideal
- CPA is highly preferred
