LHH is working with an organization in the manufacturing industry. The company is located near Oak Forrest area and they are currently looking for the VP of Finance and Accounting
General Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the finance and accounting departments.
- Oversee all aspects of financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
- Lead the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- 10 of accounting experience
- Manufacturing industry background is highly preferred - CPG / Food industry ideal
- CPA is highly preferred
Salary : $200,000 - $240,000
