Job Responsibilities:
- Month-End Assistance: Collaborate in the month-end close process, including the recording of various journal entries. Offer well-considered suggestions for process improvements and their implementation.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the daily accounting operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Reconciliations: Conduct monthly reconciliations for key accounts, including cash, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Cash Flow and Reporting: Prepare cash flow projections and contribute to ad-hoc reporting as needed.
- Close Process: Assist in the execution of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process to maintain financial integrity.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant accounting experience within manufacturing
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Look Ups.
