Corporate Trainer job in San Diego, CA
LHH has partnered with a well-established Hospitality company in San Diego who is looking for a Corporate Trainer to join their HR team! The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for training, learning and development and promoting employee growth!

Responsibilities:
Promoting employee development and growth
Conducting new hire orientation for individuals and groups
Executing training and development programs
Reviewing prepared training materials and provide guidance to management
Tracking participation, attendance, and assessment results
Developing and maintaining a monthly training calendar
Evaluating program effectiveness and making proper adjustments as needed
Staying up to date on trending training and development tactics
Supporting with additional human resources duties as needed
Qualifications:
2 years of relevant training experience
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
Thrives in a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines
Very tech savvy and fast learner
Prioritize and manage time efficiently
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Compensation:
$24-$26/hour and based on experience
Contract-To-Hire

Monday-Friday
Full time hours
100% onsite in their El Cajon office
