Position Details:
- Practice Area: Employment - Transactional and Litigation (Plaintiff side)
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
- Billable Hours: 1800 for associates, 1650 for counsel or partners
- Bonus Structure: Up to 30% based on billable hours, discretionary bonuses, and origination bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent executives in their agreements, compensation, and severance
- Handle litigation on behalf of plaintiffs in wage and hour claims, trade secret claims, and more
