Job Title : Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager
Location : Bartlett, IL
Salary : $70,000-$80,000

Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety requirements.
- Conduct regular compliance audits.
- Develop and implement safety policies and training programs.
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Coordinate emergency response plans.
- Oversee waste management and environmental initiatives.
- Ensure proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Support integration of EHS within QMS protocols.
- Partner with maintenance and operations for safety.
- Oversee inspections of equipment and safety systems.
- Utilize software for compliance.
- Manage EHS data reporting and safety metrics.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs.
- Guide teams in continuous improvement principles.
