Field Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :
Review client orders and delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Assess site accessibility and identify any potential hazards that could impede delivery. Safety is paramount.
Communicate with the Manager and Delivery Team Manager to confirm site readiness before dispatching the delivery truck. Ensure that unconventional delivery methods are not used.
Accurately measure and verify product specifications to ensure they match the order details. Ensure a safe delivery environment for the crew handling heavy products.
Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the installation process.
Oversee the installation process from start to finish, providing updates to all involved parties.
Review the Certificate of Completion and invoice, and ensure final payment from the customer.
Qualifications :
Experience in construction, building materials, or supply chain preferred.
Knowledge of windows and doors is highly desirable.
Strong customer service orientation.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred experience with Microsoft Outlook and Company Cam App.
Work Environment :
This role involves daily travel to job sites, with some downtime in the showroom. A company truck, gas card, iPad, iPhone, and laptop will be provided. The typical schedule is 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend events for community and charitable activities.
Compensation :
Competitive base salary of $40,000 - $45,000
