Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily accounting operations, including managing balance sheets, cash flow, and income statements.
- Prepare financial statements, conduct audits, and present reports.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, internal controls, and GAAP reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA highly preferred.
- Over 7 years of experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience with private equity firms and Big 4 or public accounting is highly desirable.
