Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a FP&A Manager to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate MUST have Quality of Earning analysis experience. The FP&A Manager will drive quantitative analysis and establish business intelligence. Reporting to the CFO, this role offers significant autonomy to create impactful analysis supporting Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.

Position is 4 days in-office in Manhattan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quantitative tools for data-driven decision making.
• Gain deep domain knowledge of ERP systems to drive insight and compliance.
• Create financial models for commercial and operational projects.
• Design and build KPIs with Business Analysts for various audiences.
• Assist with acquisition diligence and integration, focusing on finance workstreams.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to promote consistent use of analytics.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or FP&A.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• SQL and PowerBI experience is a plus.
