LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Fixed Asset Implementation Analyst for our Newark, NJ client.
The Fixed Asset Implementation Analyst should have a fixed asset accounting background and have experience supporting a system implementation. This role will require preparing deliverables, filling out spreadsheets that support configuration, writing requirements, and preparing test documents.
This is a long term contract position (18 months ) and the schedule will be hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home.
Job Overview:
- Acting as the Fixed Asset representative for the design and implementation of the new ERP system
- Providing Subject Matter Expertise for fixed assets, project accounting, and accounts receivable
- Collaborating with with ERP Project Manager and System Implementer
- Assisting with the business process redesign
- Preparing deliverables that go along with the project plan
- Identifying and escalating workstream issues
- Participating in requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and training sessions
- Logging configuration or testing issues for workstream and assisting with issue resolution
- Establishing test scenarios
- Developing training materials and job aids
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Strong knowledge at the SME level with fixed assets
- Strong of the AR process is strongly preferred as well
- Workday experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Analytical and problem solving mindset
Salary : $45 - $50
