Are you a recruiter with a passion for healthcare talent? LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our client’s team on a contract basis! This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to jump into their next opportunity and help connect top talent with a great healthcare organization.
What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for nursing positions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from posting jobs to offer negotiations
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Attend local career fairs and occasional in-office meetings
- Stay up to date on healthcare hiring trends and market demands
- 1-2 years of talent acquisition experience (healthcare recruiting / campus recruitment preferred)
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
- Experience with ATS and Excel knowledge
- Ability to work remotely with occasional in-person commitments
- A go-getter attitude, ready to start ASAP
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
