LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing company in Chandler. This organization is looking to add an HR Administrative Assistant to their team. This job is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully in office. While this role will support the HR department with clerical tasks, you will sit at the front desk and perform front office tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed
- Support HR department with administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and processing paperwork
- Assist with onboarding new employees and preparing new hire documentation
- Help manage employee benefits and assist with open enrollment processes
- Maintain and organize office files and HR-related documentation
- Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, office correspondence, and managing office supplies
- Collaborate with team members to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative or front-office experience, ideally in an HR setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Friendly, approachable attitude with a professional appearance
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
