Job Title : HR Generalist

Job Description :
LHH Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our client's team in Salem, Oregon. This role will assist with open enrollment and benefits, leave of absenses, and other HR related tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Benefits Administration : Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
- Open Enrollment : Coordinate and manage the annual open enrollment process. Communicate benefits options to employees, assist with enrollment, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Leave of Absences : Administer and manage all types of leave of absence requests, including FMLA, disability, and personal leaves. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Employee Support : Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, leave of absences, and other HR-related matters. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers.
- HRIS Management : Maintain accurate employee data within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Ensure data integrity and generate reports as needed.
- Compliance : Stay up-to-date with changes in HR laws and regulations. Ensure company policies and procedures are compliant with federal, state, and local laws.
- Communication : Develop and distribute communication materials related to benefits, open enrollment, and leave of absences. Conduct informational sessions and provide training to employees as needed.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other HR team members and departments to ensure a seamless HR experience for employees. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
