Job Description:
LHH is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist (HRG) to join our client's team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ADP systems and union experience. This role is crucial in supporting our HR operations and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer ADP systems for payroll, benefits, and employee records.
- Handle union-related matters, including negotiations, grievances, and contract administration.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to address HR issues and improve workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Proficiency in ADP systems.
- Strong knowledge of union regulations and experience in union environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
