- Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace policies, and procedures.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Provide guidance on HR-related inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
- Support management with performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Help organize training and development programs for staff.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Proven experience running payroll (knowledge of payroll software and processes).
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
