Human Resources Generalist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Tampa. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and a passion for helping employees.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and process payroll for employees in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Handle day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace policies, and procedures.
• Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring they have a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Provide guidance on HR-related inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
• Support management with performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Help organize training and development programs for staff.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• Proven experience running payroll (knowledge of payroll software and processes).
• Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
