Human Resource Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an HR Manager for a client just north of Cincinnati. The Human Resource Manager will oversee various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves managing payroll, onboarding, benefits, and other HR duties. Ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. This role is temp to hire and pay for this opportunity will range between $60K and $80K annually.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Oversee employee wellness initiatives
- Manage HR budgets and track expenditures
- Support organizational change and development initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on payroll, onboarding, and benefits
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) Is preferred but not required
