Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience
- Active New York State RN license
- Associates or Bachelors of Nursing degree (BSN preferred)
- ICU-specific certifications preferred
- Experience in specialized units (MICU, SICU, Neuro ICU, Coronary Care Unit, or Cardiac Surgical ICU)
- Current BLS certification
- Flexible scheduling available for both Day and Night shifts
- Base salary: $62.00 - $68.82 per hour (Float Pool rate)
- Additional differentials based on experience and education
- 20 days PTO annually (increases to 25 days after 5 years)
- 8 hospital holidays 4 personal days
