Job Summary :
LHH is working with a manufacturing company in Edison, NJ to hire an Implementation Specialist for a temporary timeframe of 6 – 9 months. This is a newly created role due to a project that has developed. The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience within ERP system implementation. The hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM with a 1-hour lunch.

Responsibilities :
- Reports to the Global Senior Director of BI Analytics, Data Science and Engineering
- Work closely with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements for utilizing Point-of-Sale data
- Record existing POS data management processes across different regions, highlighting gaps, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Support project planning, track progress, and mitigate risks.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Actively contribute to developing solutions that address business challenges, including potential modifications to systems or improvements in processes.
- Run workshops as needed
