LHH is excited to partner with a great and growing manufacturing company in the search for an Interim Assistant Controller for a dynamic six-month project. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization during a pivotal phase of growth and transformation.
Location: Southlake, Texas
Duration: Approximately 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Support financial management activities including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Participate in internal control implementation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency.
- Provide financial analysis to aid strategic decision-making.
- Assist with audit preparations and external auditor interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- CPA preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
