What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interim Financial Reporting Manager position at LHH?
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with an international consumer product good company that is looking to bring on an interim Financial Reporting Manager for their North American Headquarters. The organization is on a hybrid schedule and is expecting the contract opportunity to run for 6 months. The person taking on this opportunity would be responsible for handling the following duties:
Responsibilities:
- The interim Manager of Financial Reporting Manager would have responsibilities that would combine month end close duties along with handling reporting responsibilities
- This candidate would be responsible for preparation of monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP and preparing the monthly reporting package in accordance with IFRS
- This individual would be responsible for preparing supporting schedules for external and internal auditors
- The candidate would need to have prior experience handling transfer pricing between U.S and foreign entities
- Provide interpretations of GAAP and IFRS standards
- The person taking on this project would also be responsible for managing two financial analyst
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in accounting or finance is required
- CPA or MBA is required
- Prior experience handling accounting and reporting duties at an international company is desired
- Prior experience with Transfer Price is required
- Prior experience ensuring financials are in accordance with GAAP and reporting is in accordance with IFRS
- Prior experience working on HFM is strongly desired
- Prior supervisory experience is required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
