Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Technician to provide on-site support three days per week. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical issues, delivering high-quality assistance to both on-site and remote employees. If you're a tech-savvy professional with a knack for problem-solving and enjoy helping people, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to end users (on-site and remote).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on both Windows and macOS platforms.
- Support day-to-day functionality of printers, copiers, and scanners.
- Provide user support and administration for Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows and macOS systems.
- Familiarity with Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Azure AD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
