Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 (flexible upon experience)

Job Description:
- Maintain and organize case files
- Process client disbursements
- Make travel arrangements and handle expense reports
- Schedule meetings and other calendar commitments
- Retrieve documents from online court directories
- Save emails and documents
- Send reminders proactively to attorneys and staff about upcoming deadlines
- Track and manage crucial legal deadlines using legal software to ensure compliance with court rules and regulations
- Electronically file documents in state and federal courts
- Prepare legal correspondence and documents
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of legal experience required
- Outstanding organizational abilities
- Advanced computer proficiency in legal software(s) preferred
- Experience in litigation is highly preferred
- Proven track record of employment stability
