Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Maintain and organize client files and legal documents.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court officials.
- Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of legal filings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Pay Details: $45,000 - $70,000
