Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for a new opportunity in Naples, Florida? Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team. This full-time position supports multiple practice teams and requires someone who is organized, committed to client service, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file legal documents, transcribe dictations, and proofread for accuracy.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence.
- Maintain client files and perform conflict of interest checks.
- Assist with billing, document delivery, and general office duties.
- Ensure confidentiality in all firm and client matters.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in legal studies preferred.
- 2 years of experience as a legal assistant or in a law firm.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and legal document management software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
