I am currently working with the managing partner of a leading boutique law firm in Denver , who are actively looking to recruit a senior commercial litigation attorney / partner to join their growing group .
Responsibilities :
- This role will assist with a broad array of matters, including sophisticated and complex commercial litigation cases.
- Handle fact investigation, legal research, drafting discovery, preparing pleadings, taking and defending depositions and participating in mediations.
- Assist in the development and growth of the firm's litigation group - including networking and client development.
- Appear in court for motions and pre-hearing proceedings.
