Temporary IP Litigation Secretary
Location: Century City, Los Angeles
Pay Rate: $35-$38/hour

A prestigious law firm in Century City is seeking a Temporary Intellectual Property Litigation Secretary to provide high-level support to attorneys. The ideal candidate has experience in state and federal court filings, including e-filing, and can thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents for IP litigation cases
- File documents in state and federal courts, including e-filing
- Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and court dates
- Assist with document management and case organization
- Coordinate with courts, clients, and outside counsel as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in litigation defense, preferably in IP litigation
- Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures
- Proficiency in e-filing systems (PACER, CM/ECF, state court platforms, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
