This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Manager located in Pittsburgh, PA. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Daily tasks include managing payroll systems, resolving payroll discrepancies, preparing reports, and coordinating with HR and finance teams.
- Payroll processing, payroll systems management, and compliance knowledge
- Experience in resolving payroll discrepancies and preparing payroll reports
- Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) accreditation is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
