Requirements
The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
Responsibilities
- Execute bi-weekly payroll for approximately 800 employees
- Monitor employee pay rates and hours to ensure accuracy
- Calculate the payroll variance each week
- Multi-state payroll
- Payroll journal entries
- Garnishments and levies
- Manage Direct Deposits and all data entry into our payroll system
- Assist with benefits 401k audits
- Benefits journal entries
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations with ease
- MS Office Suite: Excel pivot tables required
- 6 years of Payroll/Payroll Accounting
- $26/hr.-$31/hr. dependent on depth of relevant experience
- Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Contract-to-Hire
