LHH is seeking a President/CEO for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a manufacturing client located in Indianapolis, Indiana. This organization is seeking an experienced and visionary President/CEO to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and success. The President/CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, leadership, and management of the company and each of their subsidiaries. This role involves strategically driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. The compensation is commensurate to experience and will include a base salary, bonus, stock options, comprehensive medical insurance coverage, generous Paid Time Off, and a 401K plan with a company match.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision and long-term goals.
- Provide leadership and direction to the executive team and employees.
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
- Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.
- Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required (Master’s Degree is very highly preferred)
- Must possess 10 years of experience serving at the President or CEO level within a manufacturing organization
- Must have experience developing strategic business plans and presenting them to a Board of Directors
- Must possess a strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
- Ideal candidates will have familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, sales, international operations, etc.
- Must possess an entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
