Preferred Experience:
- Collaborating with middle market private equity funds, independent sponsors, and family offices on leveraged buyouts
- Engaging with family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs on sell-side M&A transactions
- Demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills
- Holding excellent academic credentials and solid references
